Privacy
DrawLab records a bounded snapshot of generated ticket content, game settings, an internal generation fingerprint, estimated cost, time and a random browser identifier for product analytics and abuse prevention. The browser identifier is not intended to identify a person. Unsaved anonymous captures are automatically eligible for deletion after 90 days.
If you choose to sign in, Clerk processes your authentication data. Tickets you explicitly save are associated with your Clerk user identifier so they can be retrieved across devices. Automatically captured analytics tickets are not shown as saved tickets.
Requests also produce ordinary hosting and security logs such as IP address, browser information, route and time. External randomness choices contact the selected provider through the DrawLab server. The number guide normally runs locally. If an approved OpenAI integration is enabled, signed-in users' coach messages and bounded lottery context may be sent to OpenAI; OpenAI may retain API abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under its standard data controls. Do not place sensitive personal information in passphrases, coach messages or ticket labels.
DrawLab does not currently send marketing email or sell personal information. If marketing email is introduced, it will use a separate, explicit consent choice and an unsubscribe mechanism.
You can delete individual saved tickets or clear all of them in the Saved screen, and manage authentication data through Clerk’s account menu.
